The Second GMS Summit will be held in Kunming City, Yunnan Province, the People's Republic of China, from 4th to 5th July 2005. Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will participate and preside over the meeting. Leaders from the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, the Union of Myanmar, the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam are invited to attend the meeting.

Foreign journalists in Thailand wishing to cover the meetings please send (by fax or email) the completed application form with two passport-size color photos to Ms. Chen Pan, the Chinese Embassy in the Kingdom of Thailand before 15 June 2005. Journalists from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan please apply directly to the Media Taskforce for the China Secretariat for the Second GMS Summit.
