The Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation will be held in April in Beijing. The online registration system (mediaregistration.2019brf.cn) will be open from 00:00 24/02/2019 – 24:00 26/03/2019 (GMT+8). Foreign journalists on a short term basis are required to apply for J-2 visa at Chinese embassies or consulates or other institutions stationed abroad entrusted by the Foreign Ministry of the People's Republic of China with the confirmation letter generated by the online registration system.

Relevant information will be released on the official website of the media center when media badges are ready for collection.
